Purchasers of new Holiday Caravans are Guaranteed Ten Years pitch occupancy with the right of resale on the park provided they are used for Holiday purposes only and not used as a primary residence.
Caravans older than ten years are allowed to stay on the park on an annual agreement providing they are kept in good condition. For further information on Park Rules and agreements are available to collect from the office.
